Please check the Frequently asked questions first, maybe your problem has been encountered before.

Second step

I am having trouble with my data

Send an e-mail to the team with the following information. If you can't share the data with us, there is likely very little we can do for you.


In order to help you as quickly as possible, make sure to include the following information:

   Which version of GV are you running?
   What operating system? OS X, Windows, ...?
   Which version of Java are you running?
   List step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem?
   Provide us with access to the data files that are problematic.
   Include the log file from the problematic GenomeView run. 

If you discover a bug or you have a feature request, please log a ticket on the bug tracker.
